With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. Seeking a direction to the 2nd repondent to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 25.10.2022 and 09.09.2023 for enhanced compensation under section 3G(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.
4. As against the award passed by the 3rd respondent in the compensation proceedings in Rc.22/2015/BCE/Unit-III dated 02.06.2022 in respect of the acquisition proceedings initiated for the purpose of acquiring lands for laying Bangalore-Chennai expressway, the petitioner submitted representations dated 25.10.2022 and 09.09.2023 to the 2nd respondent seeking enhancement of compensation which are still pending. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
5. Considering the limited relief scope of the relief sought in this writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representations dated 25.10.2022 and 09.09.2023, on their own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 25.07.2024 gya Index : Yes/No 3/4
