The petitioners have filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's' representation dated 16.09.2020 seeking not to disturb the petitioners' peaceful possession and not to dispossess from the property and to grant patta in their favour in S.No.69/2A, 2A6, 2A7 and 2A8 measuring to an extent of 4.80 Acres situated at Palavanthimmanapalli, Chennapalli (P.O.), Hosur Taluk,

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr. K. Parameshwaran, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the Thasildar, Sulagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, had already issued a notice to the petitioners calling upon them to appear for enquiry on 28.12.2020 at 3.00 p.m. and he would pass suitable orders in the representation of the petitioners.

Since the Thasildar, Sulagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District had already issued a notice to the petitioners calling upon them to appear for enquiry on 28.12.2020 at 3.00 p.m., I direct the Thasildar, Sulagiri Taluk, to consider the petitioners' representation dated 16.09.2020 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after conducting enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
