2.The petitioner would state that he and his brother namely, R.S.Kumaresan had executed a registered Will dated 09.04.2010, registered as document no.65 of 2010 on the file of the SubRegistrar, Vaniyambadi Taluk. The petitioner later on came to know that by forging his signature and impersonating him as an executor, the fourth respondent had obtained copy of the Will. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 07.03.2015, to the respondents 1 and 3 praying for appropriate action and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.PA.Sudesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, permits the petitioner to submit a representation to the second respondent along with a copy of this order as well as the copies of the earlier representation sent to the respondents 1 and 3, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the second respondent on receipt of the same, is directed to consider and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the fourth respondent and pass orders, within a further period of eight weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the fourth respondent. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
