This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8700 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9146 of 2023 by the order dated 23.06.2023 to appear daily before the respondent police on every saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
