This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent to survey and point out the field boundary limits of the Survey No. 184/8A in Kaverirajapuram Village Thiurvallur District based on the application dated 28.12.2018.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 28.12.2018, wherein the petitioner has sought for a survey of the subject property and to fix the boundary stones.

Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 29.12.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the entire process strictly in accordance with law within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page numbers
of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
