ORDER
By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner claims that she has applied for a renewal of contractor licence with the 2nd respondent on 11.05.2023.
3.Mr.G.Ameedius, the learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 1st respondent and Mr.P.S.Prabu, the learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent.
4.Learned counsel for the 2nd respondent makes a statement on instruction that the petitioner has not filed any application on 11.05.2023 for renewal of her contract licence.
5.Learned counsel for the petitioner however asserts as per instruction that an application indeed has been filed.
6.The 2nd respondent is now required to process the application, if any had been filed by the petitioner, and if the same has not been filed, then the petitioner is required to file an application for the said purpose before the 2nd respondent and
the 2nd respondent, at all times is required to consider any such application as and when it comes before him as per law.
