The present Application has been filed to pass an order condoning the delay and granting leave to receive the following document, The Statement of Account from the Axis Bnak, Venkatnarayana Road Branch, T.Nagar, Chennai in respect of the Account No.913020043298379 for the period 04.05.2015 to 30.05.2025.

2. Mr.R.Thiagarajan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing the said application.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application, the application in A.No.3099 of 2025 in C.S.No.883 of 2018 is ordered as prayed for, however, subject to proof, relevance and admissibility.
