ORDER

The contempt petition was closed reserving liberty to the petitioner to reopen the contempt subsequent to the disposal of W.A.No.677 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that writ appeal has also been dismissed confirming my order in W.P.No.24068 of 2017.

3. In the light of the above, the Sub application is allowed and the contempt petition is reopened.

4. Mrs.P.Rajarajeswari, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.
