The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the second respondent from proceeding with enquiry pursuant to the Charge Memo dated 23.08.2017, without furnishing copies of documents as requested by the petitioner by his representations dated 29.06.2019 and 09.07.2019 then proceed with the enquiry into the charges. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that only three documents were furnished and others were not furnished.

4.The petitioner has filed this writ petition on 15.07.2019. Subsequently, the respondents have filed counter on 27.08.2019 stating that the copy of documents requested by the petitioner were sent to him vide second respondent letter Memo No.51/AEE/O&M/Thellar/F.Doc/2019-2020 dated 30.07.2019 and the acknowledgement was received from the petitioner on 05.08.2019. 5.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. If at all there is any grievance, the petitioner shall raise the objection before the Enquiry Officer for non-furnishing of document. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
