This application has been filed to amend the petition and order copy as, offences under Section 294(b), 353, 506(i) IPC r/w Section 12 of Tamil Nadu Gaming Act 1930 instead of offences under Sections 294(b), 253, 506(i) IPC r/w Section 12 of Tamil Nadu Gaming Act 1930 in Crl.O.P.No.17246 of 2022 order dated 25.07.2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.17246 of 2022, dated 25.07.2022 and issue fresh order copy.
