This above captioned application have been filed seeking to permit the applicant be joined together in both the cause of action in respect of the suit promissory notes.

2.From a perusal of the promissory notes which have been relied upon by the plaintiff in the suit, it is prima facie seen that they have been executed by the defendant in favour of the plaintiff. The same is subject to challenge. The said finding is only prima facie and not conclusive and is subject to challenge by the defendant.
