O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.12.2015 and also the statement of petitioner dated 18.01.2016 by the respondents and enquiry and file a final report within the stipulated time.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the 1st respondent as early as on 31.12.2015, but, the respondents had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint has been given by the second wife against the first wife's son Mari @ Mariyappan. After the death of her husband, all are living together. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint has been registered in C.No.3992 of 2015 by the 1st respondent. After due enquiry, it has been closed. A copy of the closure report has been furnished today.

Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum for alternative relief.
