This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.811 of 2020 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Aladi Police Station, Cuddalore, for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.811 of 2020 and also filed a charge sheet on 05.10.2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhachalam and it is yet to be numbered.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
