The Writ Petitioner, under the guise of filing the writ petition, wants to implement the order dated 29.01.2016 passed in W.P.No.1677 of 2016, wherein certain directions have been given to the first respondent. In the considered opinion of the Court, for implementing the order passed by this Court, the petitioner has to invoke the contempt jurisdiction of this Court and not to invoke writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

2. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed and the petitioner is at liberty to invoke the contempt jurisdiction of this Court as to the compliance of the order dated 29.01.2016 made in W.P.No.1677 of 2016.
