2. When the applicant had come on affidavit that pursuant to the order of attachment, the issues between the parties had got settled and therefore, the present application has been made to raise the order of attachment.

3. As the matter had been settled between the parties, this Court do not find any impediment in raising the order of attachment.

4. Accordingly, the order of attachment dated 27.04.2017 made in Application No. 806 of 2017 stand raised.
