ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to extend the benefits of regularization of petitioner service from date of initial appointment as done in the case of petitioner colleagues vide proceeding of the respondent dated 22.06.2024 by considering the representation to respondent through proper channel on 04.02.2022 and 21.12.2022 with all consequential service and monetary benefits and to issue revised orders to that effect within a time limited to be stipulated by this Honorable Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 04.02.2022 and 21.12.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
