This petition is filed to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.M.B.Raghavan, the learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the 1st respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice to the 1st respondent may be dispensed with. Accordingly, notice to the 1st respondent is dispensed with.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 75 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. 11.02.2021 kj Note: Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.M.B.Raghavan, as the counsel for the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company at the time of admission.
