2. Heard Mr.P.Murali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Baranidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that since the subject land is acquired and compensation was paid, Contempt Petition is closed. However, Sub-Application is filed on the sole ground that the respondents have not constructed the drainage system, however, the same is not acceded to in the counter affidavit.

4. In such a view of the matter, Sub-Application (OS) No.1129 of 2024 is closed.
