C.M.P. No.331 of 2021 in C.R.P. SR.No.80142 of 2020 P.B.BALAJI, J.

This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 8 days in filing the revision.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Mr.K.Govi Ganesan fairly states that the delay may be condoned and his name may be printed at the time of listing the revision for admission and I have also independently gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay of 8 days in filing the revision. This petition is ordered accordingly.

3. Registry is directed to number the civil revision petition, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission on 22.09.2025.

4. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.K.Govi Ganesan as counsel for the first respondent at the time of listing the appeal for admission.
