O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 24.11.2021 in W.P.No.25114 of 2021 dated 24.11.2021, thereby directing the respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 30.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and the counter parties, if any and after giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent passed an order dated 28.06.2022, thereby rejected the request made by the petitioner. 2/4
