This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant / claimant seeking exemption from payment of court fee to the tune of Rs.8,773/- in the above Appeal.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is now, inclined to pay the Court fee. However, he sought time to pay the same.

3. In view of the submission now made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to pay necessary Court fee within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
