This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a charge sheet final report in FIR No.315 of 2016 12.10.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that four weeks time may be granted to the police to complete the investigation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for submitting final report. However, this Court is granting eight weeks time. Accordingly, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.315 of 2016, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a closure report or a charge sheet as the case may be under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
