This contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.18406 of 2016, dated 25.5.2016.

2. This Court by order dated 25.5.2016 in W.P.No.18406 of 2016, directed the respondent to offer a suitable alternative employment to the petitioner and continue to pay him wages as he was drawing in the original post. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent by producing a letter dated 17.08.2019, would submit that the respondent has offered two posts i.e. Record Clerk or Sanitary Supervisor to the petitioner, as per direction of this Court dated 25.5.2016.

4. Despite the fact that the contempt petition barred by time, in view of the letter dated 17.08.2019, by which the respondent has offered the above mentioned posts to the petitioner, the Contempt Petition is closed. The petitioner is directed to join any one of the two posts by 01.10.2019. SD/- ASSISTANT REGISTRAR(COMM.CASES) ms //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2019.
