The petitioner faces a claim for Deem Demand Charges for the HT electricity connection which he had surrendered in 2016. This is now under challenge.
2.Mr.I.Syed Sibghatulla, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent and makes a statement that the petitioner has to approach the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum for his remedy.
3.This Court therefore directs the petitioner to approach the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and till then, the respondent is restrained from taking any adverse action on the demand made. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
