2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition for the petitioners' non-appearance on the date when the Second Appeal was dismissed for non prosecution.

3.Hence, this petition is ordered and SA.No.439/2020 is restored.
