ORDER

Despite the order of this Court having been despatched on 19.06.2025, with a direction to file a report on or before 30.06.2025, no report has been received till date from the learned District Munsif, Mettupalayam.

2. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2017 and has been pending for more than eight years, I am inclined to allow this revision. Accordingly, the learned Trial Judge is directed to dispose of O.S.No.170 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Mettupalayam within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
