Respondents The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to promote the petitioner as Headmistress of Middle School, on the basis of the panel drawn for the year, 2012-2013, drawn as on 1.1.2012, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.4.2013.

Heard.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directing the respondents to promote the petitioner, as Headmistress of the Middle School, considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.4.2013.

At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted a communication has been issued by the Assistant Elementary Educational Officer, Poonamallee, the third respondent herein, dated 14.5.2013, showing that the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.4.2013, had been disposed of. A copy of the said communication had been placed before this Court. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. In such circumstances, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
