Crl.M.P.No.11174 of 2023 and Crl.O.P.No.8576 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN , J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8576 of 2023 dated 24.04.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police on every day at 10.30am, for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30am until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8576 of 2023 dated 24.04.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month for three months, on the date fixed by the respondent police and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
