Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the land, situated at Thottipatty Village, Namakkal Taluk and District, comprised in survey No.198/3A, (Acre 0.78 cents) purchased by means of Sale Deed dated 22.11.2018 registered as document No.3949 of 2018 in the Office of the Joint Sub Registrar-2, Namakkal, based upon the application made by the petitioner firm through on-line on 26.06.2019.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the second respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the land, situated at Thottipatty Village, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Namakkal Taluk and District, comprised in survey No.198/3A, (Acre 0.78 cents) purchased by means of Sale Deed dated 22.11.2018 registered as document No.3949 of 2018 in the Office of the Joint Sub Registrar-2, Namakkal, based upon the application made by the petitioner firm through on-line on 26.06.2019.

2. Heard, Mr.S.Senthil, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 & 2, and Mr.M.Ganesan, the learned counsel for the third respondent.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 26.06.2019 and conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and counter parties, if any, and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
