This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11937 of 2023 dated 26.05.2023 pending on the file of Respondent Police.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Muthialpet Police Station, Pondicherry instead of Town Police Station, Tirunelveli. Except this modification, other conditions imposed by this Court shall stand as it is.

4.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
