Manikam ..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose the revision filed by the private respondents against the order of the 2nd respondent dated 08.08.2024 in Ne.Mu.No.2732/2024/A3, based on the enquiry notice of the 1st respondent dated 07.03.2025 in Na.Ka.No.24284/2024/P2 within a stipulated time.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to dispose the revision filed by the private respondents, against the order of the second respondent dated 08.08.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the private respondents have made a revision petition against the order of the second respondent dated 08.08.2024, based on the enquiry notice of the first respondent dated 07.03.2025. However, the said revision was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents1 to 3 and submitted that the private respondents' revision will be considered within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose of the private respondents' revision

against the order of the second respondent, dated 08.08.20245, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
