This petition has been filed to Relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Cr.MP.5809/2023 in Crl.OP.5832/2023 dated 26.04.2023 concerned the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
