Annakodi v. M. Sathiya

The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 390 days in filing the above Second Appeal.

The reasons for condoning the delay has been narrated in detail in paragraph nos.3 and 4 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition. The 1st respondent though served has not entered appearance and the counsel who has represented the 1st respondent has also not appeared. However, considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given, the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if otherwise in order.
