ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the husband of one Durkha aged 25 years. She has got 8 months old male child Aagaman. On the allegation, that they are detained illegally by the second respondent, who is the father of Durkha, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. On 13.5.2016, the detenue were produced before this Court and at that time the detenue, Durkha expressed her willingness to go https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
with the petitioner and to live with him. Accordingly, she has gone with the petitioner along with the child.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the detenue is now happily living with the petitioner along with her child.
4. The said submission is recorded. In view of the same, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
