This criminal original petition has been filed to call for records in Crime No.249/2022 on the file of 1st Respondent and quash the same. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed, the final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance of on the file of the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate /XVII Judicial Magistrate, Chennai in C.C.No.2008 of 2024.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
