O R D E R

This Petition is filed seeking direction to the Learned Principal District Judge, Thiruvannamalai to dispose the O.S.No.9 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible. 2.The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Suit in O.S.No.9 of 2020 was filed by the First Respondent seeking the relief of partition. The Petitioner is aged 67 years and the First Respondent is aged 85 years. Both are senior citizens and prayed for earlier disposal of the case.

3.Considering the fact that the Petitioner and the First Respondent are senior citizens and the Courts should give priority to dispose the cases relating to senior citizens, this Court directs the Learned Principal District Judge, Thiruvannamalai to dispose the O.S.No.9 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
