ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the docket order dated 24.04.2019 made in unnumbered FCOP.SR.No.1327 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Vellore and consequently to direct the Family Court, Vellore to number and dispose of the same on merits.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the civil revision petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
