This petition is filed to condone the delay of 434 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 02.03.2023 in S.C.No.1 of 2019 on the file of the Sessions Court, Magalir Neethi Mandram, Chennai at Allikulam.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
