Respondents Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose the petitioner's representations dated 05.11.2019 and 25.09.2020 seeking demarcation survey of land comprised in Old S.F.No.10/1, New Survey No.10/1C measuring about 0.09.0 arcs (23 cent) situated at Manalur Village Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District, bearing patta No.1096 in accordance with Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act 1923.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 05.11.2019 wherein the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property and for the demarcation of the same based on the patta that has been issued in Patta No.1096.

2. Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent has fixed the date for survey on 31.12.2020 at 10.00 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of survey along with all the relevant documents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 1st respondent has already fixed a date for survey, there shall be a direction to

the 1st respondent to complete the entire process within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
