PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent police to file charge sheet in Crime No. 125/2019 on the file of the respondent. For Petitioner : Mr.L.Ramu.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation pending in the Crime No.125 of 2019 dated 22.06.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 22.06.2019, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

be, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
