This petition has been filed to Relax the Condition that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders imposed by this Court dated 01.06.2023 in Crl.OP.12125/2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
