Review Application (Writ) No.63 of 2016 in W.P.No.6934 of 2016 T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J., This matter came up for hearing today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Court was not inclined to review the order and therefore, the petitioner was permitted to withdraw the Review Application and it was further observed that it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed in the Writ Petition and there was a direction to the Registry to return the original certified copy of the Order passed in the Writ Petition. However, those observations did not find place in the certified copy of the order, dated 13.06.2016, and for such reason, the Review Application has been posted before this Court today under the caption 'for being mentioned'. 3.Heard, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4.In the light of the above, the order passed in the Review Application No.63 of 2016, dated 13.06.2016 stands reviewed, by the following order:

"After some arguments, the learned counsel

appearing for the review petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Review Petition so as to enable the Petitioner to file an appeal before the Division Bench against the order passed in W.P.No.6934 of 2016, dated 08.03.2016 and the endorsement to the said effect is recorded. Accordingly, the Review Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving it open to the petitioner to file a Writ Appeal against the order passed in the Writ Petition."

6. Registry is directed to i) issue the fresh order copy in Revision Application after substituting the paragraph as extracted above, in the above said order dated 13.06.2016 and ii) to return the original certified copy of the order passed in the Writ Petition, dated 08.03.2016. 27.09.2016 pvs Note:Issue Order copy on or before 03.10.2016
