This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case and investigate the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.07.2019 in accordance with law to secure ends of justice.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
