This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.9470 of 2023 on 27.04.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
