This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent herein to re-classify the property comprised in Natham survey No.784/9 at Ilipili Village, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District and consequently to grant patta in the name of the petitioner by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 26.07.2024 within the time fixed by this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2024 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner & counter parties, if there are, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 2/4

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
