The present Civil Revision Petition has preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 21.12.2012 made in E.P. No.8 of 2010 in O.S. No.58 of 2002 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 27.06.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 03.07.2018.

3. When the matter was called today i.e. 03.07.2018, learned counsel for the respondent present, again there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No Costs.
