] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 529 days in filing the appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.34423 of 2024 against the judgment dated 28.11.2022 in S.C.No.333 of 2019, on the file of the Sessions Court for Magalir Neethimandram, Chennai at Allikulam.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
