This petition is filed seeking exemption of Court fee for a sum of Rs.6,505/- (Rupees six thousand five hundred five only). According to them, the appeal has been filed aggrieved by the dismissal of the claim petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The appellant, in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, has pleaded that he does not have means to pay the court fee.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, exempting the petitioner to pay the Court fee, at present, with a direction to pay the same before receipt of the order copy of the main appeal.
