J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Challenge in this appeal is to the order of the Family Court, granting a sum of Rs.15,000/- as interim maintenance to the child. The learned Family Judge has taken into account the income of the husband, which stated to be Rs.1,90,000/- per month. He has, however, awarded a sum of Rs.15,000/- as maintenance for the child. Even this, the appellant does not want to pay.

2.Taking into consideration the admitted income of the appellant, we do not see any merit in the appeal. This Civil Miscelaneous Appeal therefore, fails and it is accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellneous petition is closed.
