Mr.Haroon, of M/s.T.S.Gopalan & Co., the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in view of the settlement under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act entered between the petitioners and the second respondent on 29.06.2005, a copy of which has been produced the writ petition may be disposed on those terms and he also made an endorsement to that effect.
